The 6:1 ratio provides the benefits of private coaching by allowing our coaches to modify movements/exercises as needed to accommodate any individual in the class.

We offer two different Small Group Personal Training classes:

Ageless Athlete

Improve total body strength, core strength, balance, and mobility/flexibility utilizing everything from agility ladders to barbells and everything in between!

Silver Strength

Improve joint stability, core and total body strength, and flexibility through bodyweight and resistance training.
