Small Group Personal Training

More motivated with friends?

With a member to coach ratio of 6:1, our Small Group Personal Training programs deliver the in-session individualization of Private Coaching in a small group setting. Here you’ll follow an actual program with exercises modified to your skill and fitness level.

Strategy Sessions

Need help overcoming obstacles or developing a more holistic approach to your health and fitness goals?

Strategy Sessions are included with every membership option. In these one-on-one, sit-down conversations we identify short and long-term goals, strategies to overcome obstacles (nutrition, recovery, injury, etc), and provide 1-3 individualized, actionable steps you can implement immediately.

Ultrasound Body Composition Testing

Are your training and nutrition programs actually helping you lose fat and build muscle?

Much more accurate than what you find at other gyms, the BodyMetrix is an actual ultrasound device with accuracy comparable to a DEXA scan. This service is included with every membership and encouraged (but not mandated) quarterly. We use the BodyMetrix to calculate body fat and muscle percentage, basal metabolic rate, total energy expenditure, and other relevant data. Members can schedule a strategy session for assistance in interpreting and applying this information to enhance their training and nutrition plans.

PCG Virtual

Want to know what you can do on your off days from training or while on the road and away from the gym?

In addition to using our app to schedule appointments, members use it to stay consistent on off-days and while traveling. We have uploaded some of our best programs for specific situations (ie: bodyweight only, active recovery, hotel and minimal equipment, etc). When appropriate, and typically after a Strategy Session, a more personalized program can be uploaded.
